Alan Wardell is an experienced project planning professional with over 40 years in the oil, gas, nuclear, petrochemical, and utilities sectors.
He has a proven track record in managing complex project portfolios and schedules, from initial feasibility through to construction. Alan specializes in project controls, forensic analysis, risk management, and multi-disciplinary team leadership across international projects.
His expertise includes overseeing large-scale infrastructure initiatives such as the $2.8 billion Broadway Subway Project in Vancouver. Prior to that, as Planning Manager for the Capital Regional District, he was responsible for the development and management of a WWT portfolio of 11 major infrastructure projects, completed on time and within budget. Alan’s experience includes decades of Oil & Gas projects across Europe & North America.
With a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Manufacturing Systems Engineering with Business and a Higher National Diploma in Fabrication and Welding Engineering, reflecting his strong technical foundation and practical approach to project planning and execution.

Stephan Triendl is an executive with over 20 years of experience in infrastructure delivery, specializing in building and leading multi-disciplinary teams across areas such as Estimating, Planning, Scheduling, and Project Reporting.
He has expertise in Finance, Procurement, Risk Management, and Cost Control, and is skilled at leveraging data to provide actionable insights for stakeholders., Stephan has played a key role in integrating teams to support project delivery and foster collaboration.
He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds an MBA, a MScIB and a BA.

Joseph Sylva is a seasoned construction management professional with over 21 years of experience leading complex infrastructure projects across transportation, oil and gas, power, and hydro sectors.
In his former role as Executive Director of Planning, Scheduling, and Constructability at TI Corp, he was instrumental in optimizing construction processes and driving successful project delivery. Joseph's expertise in planning, scheduling, and strategic execution ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.
He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Construction Management with Distinction and a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
